Age restriction

All smoke products are sold to customers aged 18 or over only. Photo ID may be requested on collection or delivery. We may cancel and refund any order if we cannot verify age.

PSNI 31/9 form

Some products require a PSNI 31/9 form to be approved before they can be released. We'll contact you after your order to help with this. If approval is not granted, your order will be refunded in full.

Safe use

Smoke products are for outdoor use only. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Hold at arm's length, point away from people and animals, never use near dry vegetation or buildings, and never hold after ignition unless the product is designed to be held. Keep away from children.

Collection and delivery

Collections are by arrangement in Lurgan, Craigavon. Delivery options for smoke products are limited by carrier rules and will be confirmed after checkout.

Refunds

Due to their nature, smoke products cannot be returned once collected or delivered unless faulty. Please contact us within 14 days about any faulty item.

Event bookings

Event effects are subject to venue approval and a risk assessment. Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed on your booking.
